The Aqua Boxing Glove was featured on Shark Tank in April 2022. It’s a set of water-filled boxing gloves designed to make your workouts more intense by adding resistance. The idea is to fill the gloves with water, and as you punch, the added weight makes the exercise more challenging.
The creator, Tony Adeniran, went on the show asking for $100,000 in exchange for 10% of his business. However, none of the Sharks decided to invest, as they were concerned about scaling the business and production issues.
Since then, Tony has continued working on the product, and Aqua Boxing Gloves are still available for purchase online. They weigh about 16 ounces when empty, but once filled with water, they offer more resistance for a better workout.
Despite not getting a deal on Shark Tank, it seems like Tony is still pushing forward with the business.
