LIFTOFF! The Falcon 9 rocket lifted off at 9:39 a.m. EST, and the Dragon cargo vehicle is on orbit heading to the International Space Station with an arrival scheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 22. It will deliver science and supplies to the crew living and working on station. Follow along at: http://www.nasa.gov/spacex
A solar prominence rose up along the edge of the sun and twisted and churned for about two days before falling apart (Jan. 23-24, 2017). The dynamic action was generated by competing magnetic forces. The images were taken in a wavelength extreme ultraviolet light that observes activity close to the solar surface, perfect for capturing prominences, which are notoriously unstable clouds of plasma suspended above the sun.

Part 1: What’s up in the sky this month? Use Venus and Mars to find the Zodiacal Light. On February 1st the crescent moon joins the planets Venus, Mars and Uranus in the southwest sky just after sunset.

Got stopped on the way 2 times for #drugs 😂 and was searched ofcourse. Although the NL authorities were very professional nothing beats our local heroes 😂. Protecting and serving till their last dying breath😂
Doing some dips in may new @teamgysfitness t-shirt, that baby is just so soft and fit I can't help but to touch myself 😂 Let's be sexy together go get your own and use SIMEON15 for your 15%disc 😏
Anyways 😂 notice how I tilt my body to the front and I squeeze my butt cheeks real hard 😂
If you do great you are paying attention 😏 this will help you out alot in stabilising your body and putting an emphasis on the pectoral.
I don't really see the point In going all the way down as it puts too much stress on your shoulder joints.
I also combine this with incline pushups. Again I squeeze my ass 😂, seriously this helps with keeping the body tight and puts emphasis on the targeted muscle so do it now and stay safe 😂✌!
Hammer curls, best forearm builder in my opinion 😎
Shoutout to my boy @fit_gent91 go check out his instagram out and follow him, fuckin awesome physique and some crazy inspiration, check him out, do it now 😂
The less I do my arms the more they grow now. I used to do arms 2 times per week and that worked for 2 months, after that I stopped seeing any benefit from doing them so often.
I decreased arm volume and increased back/chest volume, which also works out arms but indirectly.
You have to give an overtrained muscle an unloading period, where you either decrease volume or weights or in my case both 😂. I do arms every other day now, consisting of 1 superset after I finish my main workout and that works flawlessly.
Another thing I do is always go to failure, and I get the same benefit from using light weights and doing more reps as opposed to using heavy weight and doing a few reps, while risking injury.
Oh and give these guys a look @teamgysfitness , athletic clothing line made with high quality fabric and a cool fit design. Did I also mention they look fucking awesome 😂 use code SIMEON15 to get your 15% discount!
New spacesuit unveiled! Boeing's new Starliner spacecraft will fly astronauts to and from the International Space Station. On their journey, crews will wear lighter and more comfortable spacesuits than ever before, which capitalizes on historical designs, meeting our requirements for safety and functionality, and introduce cutting-edge innovations.
What would it be like to actually land on Pluto? This movie was made from more than 100 images taken by ours New Horizons spacecraft over six weeks of approach and close flyby in the summer of 2015. The video offers a trip down onto the surface of Pluto -- starting with a distant view of Pluto -- and leading up to an eventual ride in for a "landing" on the shoreline of Pluto's informally named Sputnik Planitia.
After a 9.5-year voyage covering more than three billion miles, New Horizons flew through the Pluto system on July 14, 2015, coming within 7,800 miles (12,500 kilometers) of Pluto. Carrying powerful telescopic cameras that could spot features smaller than a football field, New Horizons sent back hundreds of images of Pluto and its moons that show how dynamic and fascinating their surfaces are.

So here is my humble chest training video 😂. I didn't really include too much of my wave sets on the bench, because it was just going up in weight then going down and up again for around 10 sets in total.
The part that I felt important to add was the second bit where I really used mind muscle connection (u can tell my that sex face 😂) where I really focused on isolation and high reps.
A few points here:
-Notice that I alternate my grip I start of wide and then go closer to the edge of the handle
-Why do I do that, because I want to target my outer, mid and inner chest muscle directly
-You can see which part I target because I touch it with my finger 😂 - I do up to 5 supersets of this one and I am done with chest
-I might do just 2 or 3 sets and go do something else but for today that was the routine 😎
Earth's 2016 surface temperatures were the warmest since modern recordkeeping began in 1880, according to independent analyses by NASA and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (@NOAA). Scientists at our Goddard Institute for Space Studies (GISS) analyzed measurements from 6,300 locations and found that Earth's average surface temperature has risen about 2.0 degrees Fahrenheit (1.1 degrees Celsius) since the late-19th century, largely a result of human emissions into the atmosphere. This makes 2016 the third year in a row to set a new record for global average surface temperatures.
